The innerspring of this mattress is layered in Organic Cotton and wrapped in Pure Grow Wool™. There are three layers of cotton and three layers of wool for extra padding. These layers are tufted to an organic cotton ticking cover. The organic cotton has no pesticides, defoliants or mineral oils. The wool in the mattress is naturally flame resistant. The mattress meets California state and federal fire codes, but has not been treated with chemical fire retardants.
There is a 10 year warranty and a 30 day comfort exchange policy for this product. The warranty covers manufacturer's defects only; allergies are not covered. Please note that mattresses are handmade and can vary up to 1" in size.
Mattresses are made to order, and take approximately 3-6 weeks for delivery. They are shipped via common carrier, except when sent to certain locations in California as noted below. Please note that with common carrier, the delivery people generally do not bring items inside your home, and they do not take packaging away. These services, however, may be available for an additional fee.
Mattresses shipped to certain locations within Northern and Southern California will be delivered by the Vivetique delivery team, who will set up the mattress in your home at no extra charge.
Shipping costs for mattresses are estimated during the checkout process. Once you have placed your order, we will contact you with the final shipping rate. We will not process your order until we receive your approval of the final quote.

This Vivetique mattress is made in three firmnesses: Firm- 312 coil ct., Extra Firm- 510 coil ct., and Super Firm- 1000 coil ct.
