Shipping Policies*
We offer $5.00 flat rate shipping to anywhere in the continental United States, except for oversize items such as furniture and mattresses (See Below). Please contact us for shipping rates to other areas, or for rush orders.
Our standard method of shipment is UPS ground service, however USPS priority mail is used for some items. Please allow between 2-5 business days for delivery. If a product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can file a report for the return and arrange to send a replacement.
Shipping of Furniture and Mattresses
We offer FREE STANDARD CURBSIDE SHIPPING FOR FURNITURE to most addresses in the continental United States. Shipping costs for mattresses are estimated at checkout. Once you have placed an order for these items, we will contact you with the final shipping rate. We will not process your order until we receive your approval of the final quote. Mattresses and furniture take between 1 and 5 weeks for delivery and are shipped via common carrier or UPS ground. Please note that in general, the delivery people do not bring these items inside your home, and they do not take packaging away. These services, however, may be available for an additional fee. Please let us know if you would like for us to check if this is an option for you.
Please inspect all furniture and mattresses upon arrival and DO NOT ACCEPT any shipment that has been opened or tampered with. Refuse any package that appears ripped or damaged. Please note that you must do this before the driver leaves your home since furniture and mattresses cannot be returned unless there is a defect with the product that is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Please note that customer is responsible for all fees related to changes or delays in accepting of items including storage fees by delivery company. If customer does not accept delivery for any reason other than defective items the customer will be responsible for all fees in addition to cost of items and shipping. Defective items will be determined by manufacturer upon receipt.
Returns
Maple Grace accepts returns for most items within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that we do not accept returns for furniture, bedding (including pillows), mattresses, mattress pads and toppers, unless the item has been deemed defective upon delivery.
All returns must be authorized in advance by email or phone. Products must be returned in their original packaging, and be in new condition. Packing receipts should be included. Shipping and handling charges are non- refundable, and customers must use one of the following insured or traceable services to ship returns: United States Postal Service, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Once you have received a return authorization, we will give you the appropriate mailing address to send your package.
Security
Maple Grace uses (SSL), a secure server to encrypt your transaction. We also take security measures to prevent the loss, misuse and/or alteration of your information once it is in our hands.
Prices
Prices are subject to change without notice. In addition, if a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order placed at that price.
Taxes
THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SALES TAX THAT IS NOT COLLECTED BY MAPLE GRACE. Maple Grace will pay state sales tax for items shipped to addresses in the state of California. (For items shipped to locations in the county of Marin, California, we will pay county sales tax). Customers are responsible for all sales tax on items shipped outside of California. The customer is also responsible for any local, district, county or city sales tax on items shipped outside of Marin County, California.
